Adia is a licensed massage therapist and aesthetician with over 10 years of experience.  She specializes in soft tissue work, mobility, pain management, headache relief, neck work, carpal tunnel relief, TMJD relief, planters fasciitis, prenatal postnatal and infant massage.  Adia takes pride in educating her clients about their areas of concern.    She enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills and knowledge to better help her clients.  Adia continues her education with an emphasis on anatomy, pain relief, and self-care.  As a licensed massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each clients needs.  Adia’s clients rave over her professionalism, ability to zero in on areas of concern, thoroughness, and making clients feel at ease and at peace. Her career lead her to working with chiropractors, and case managers dealing with patients ranging with issues from traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, anxiety, and PTSD. These experiences gave her a deeper understanding of massage and how it’s used medically and the emotional and physical toll that living with chronic pain and trauma can have on the body. Adia takes the time to communicate with her clients and get to the bottom of their concerns.  She also likes to help empower her clients to advocate for themselves through knowledge to further assist them on their journey to wellness.
